Reset the sign-in

If you can't sign in and the reset email doesn't arrive, you can reset the sign-in through cPanel. Your website's pages, photos and posts are not touched.

1. Sign in to cPanel and open File Manager.
2. Open the dmr-admin folder (it is next to public_html, not inside it).
3. Click + File and create an empty file named exactly RESET-ADMIN (capital letters, no extension).
4. Come back to this page and reload it. A code is written into the file.
5. In File Manager, open RESET-ADMIN (View), and type the code here with your new password.
